Mission
The project`s mission is to build and develop - together with local enterprises and organizationsfrom Oulu Region - a Finnish-Polish collaboration center (SPOT) in Poland.This project`s mission will be considered complete when the SPOT investment and its Final Business Model is tested and accepted by all partners.The project supports regional development strategy by accelerationg internationalization of local businesses, education and RDI sector.
Vision
The project`s vision is to use the SPOT for Finnish and Polish target groups` needs.
For Poles it is intended to become an outstanding meeting and education spot where one can feel like in the country of eco-houses, wooden saunas, innovative products and services.
For Finns it is intended to become a Finnish-Polish business and meeting point with an access to reliable information about Polish market, 360 sales and marketing support and on-premises video conferencing (virtual office).
